Since 2007, trendence interviews talented youth in Austria regarding their preferred employers and career plans. Around 12,000 students participated in the trendence Graduate Barometer this year including some 3,100 business students.

High potentials are significantly more efficient, more resilient and more flexible than other students and bring more digital know-how - there are many reasons why high potentials are so valuable and also a special target group in employer branding and personnel marketing. High potentials are students with international and practical experience, social or political commitment and excellent academic performance - they must be among the top 25 percent of their age.
